The lady I spoke with at the desk to check in and get everything set up was very nice and helpful with changing up which unit I needed for my things. The inside area to get to my unit is clean as well as the unit itself and they have carts to put your stuff off to take it to the unit which is helpful for big items. I would definitely use them again if I ever needed to store anything else!

We reserved the storage on Friday evening for Saturday morning. Saturday morning as I was driving there, I received a call asking if I was going to be there today. She was just checking to make sure I didn't have any problems finding the place. When I arrived, Stefanie was very helpful and made sure what size I needed. After completing the paperwork, she let me to the storage unit and said if I had any questions, to let her know. She explained the lock on the door to make sure it was actually locked as some people didn't understand the lock.
